- We have rented from Mike Peters at Sinaloa Sun Properties before. Mike and his wife Kim do both Property Management and vacation rentals. The vacation rentals are primarily in the El Cid property. We found Mike to be excellent and very trustworthy. Mike even gave us a cell phone to use during our stay which was a nice bonus.
