- Internet access is widely available in Mazatlan.
- Most tourist hotels either have computers with the internet available.
- Wireless access at hotels is not that common yet.
- There are many internet cafes in Mazatlan. Cost varies, but is about 20pesos(about US$2) per hour.
- Many people now bring their own computers with them because some small shops also have computers with internet access. For example, there is a small shop just up from the Las Flores Beach resort run by Maria. Maria has a few computers that are connected to the internet.
- Some coffee shops now offer internet access for free if you buy a coffee. For example, Rico's cafe across from the Inn at Mazatlan has wireless access. Also, Starbucks has wireless access.
- For longer stays, it is possible to rent a modem from the cable company to access the Internet if your apartment is wired for cable.
